Tracy currently oversees the sales and operations of 14 branch offices in Coldwell Banker Realty’s Central Region, which includes Morris, Somerset, Hunterdon and Union counties.

From 2011 through 2017, Tracy served as regional vice president in the company’s North Region, which included Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, and northern Morris counties in New Jersey as well as Rockland County, New York. In 2010, she served as the regional vice president overseeing sales and operations for seven branch offices in Mercer, Middlesex and southern Somerset counties in New Jersey while additionally serving as branch vice president for the Princeton, Princeton Junction and Westfield West offices. Tracy received the company’s prestigious President’s Council for Managers Award in 2008, 2010 and 2011, honoring her achievements in office sales production.

Tracy is a real estate veteran with more than 25 years of experience who has achieved numerous industry awards. She has extensive management experience and has served in a number of management roles including vice president and branch manager of several branch office throughout New Jersey, vice president and director of administration, and director of technology applications and training.

Tracy was the regional chairperson of the NRT Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council from 2013-2016 and continues to serve on the committee. She is a member of the North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS®, RealSource Association of REALTORS®, New Jersey REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®, and formerly served on the Board of Directors for the Mercer County Association of REALTORS®. Tracy is a notary of New Jersey and a licensed broker in the state.
